I can recommend the owner, Nick. He did maintenance type of work on my garage door wheels, tracks,and springs. He replaced some old parts with upgraded parts. He was professional, efficient with his time and the quote was reasonable. It has been about eight months and my garage door is still very happy.

One of my double door springs snapped. I called Knox Garage Door and Nick came out the same day. He didn’t have the exact springs needed for my 20 year old home and he wanted it done right. So he came back the next morning and got them replaced for a good price. He checked to make sure everything else looked okay and oiled it up nicely. We had trouble with our garage door for the past couple of months. We tried to fix it but nothing worked so we called Knox Garage Door Service. Within 3 seconds of looking at the garage door, Nick knew exactly what was wrong! He got the parts and we had the door fixed within hours! Now we have a garage door we can count on!

Nick was great! He helped to find exactly what we wanted with our budget in mind. We replaced the one pictured as well as a smaller basement garage, both with R19 and new wi-fi openers, all for less than what we were being quoted by national chains for just the main door. Plus - our garage is now running about 10 degrees cooler!
